Granite, Marble, Limestone, Travertine, Onyx, Slate, Glass, and any other items Granite and Marble Resources may sell are products of nature or are hand made. Variation in color, shade, veining, and overall look is normal and is to be expected. Please inspect all materials prior to installation. Installation will infer acceptance of the material. Absolutely no claims will be accepted after installation. Please contact your salesperson to make any changes to, or to receive authorization to make returns on your order. Returns made within two weeks of receiving the product will be accepted for store credit. No returns will be accepted after 4 weeks of receiving the product. All materials being returned must be in their original, un-opened packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
